2008 Downtown West Allis Classic Car Show

  Despite the threat of rain and competition from both the Packers and the Brewers, the 2008 Downtown West Allis Classic Car Show was once again a success.  Residents in the vicinity of the registration area at 76th and Greenfield woke to the roars of the first engines before 6AM, and a parade of close to 350 gorgeous classic autos streamed through non-stop for hours.

Participants and visitors strolled the 6 blocks of Greenfield Avenue, reminiscing over days gone by with memories inspired by cars that looked brand new but were as old as 70+ years!  The food was great, as were such activities as the Hot Wheel Races for the kids.
